Our blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, Cab Franc, and Merlot was slowly aged in oak.   Its deep ring hue and zest is well-suited for enhancing both the taste and texture of food.  The high acidity, brings a tangy, full-bodied flavor to a variety of dishes.   Great for hearty foods like beef and marinades for a sharp acidic flavor and health benefits.

Best For: Whisking into classic vinaigrettes, deglazing steak pans, or drizzling over roasted summer vegetables.

Wine grape juice, and vinegar mother.
