Pear Vinegar

We use a blend of Anjou, Seckel, Bosc, Bartlett and Wild Pears.   Aged in white wine and walnut barrels.  This is an excellent addition or base paired with walnut or olive oil for salad dressings, simmered down to glaze roasted pork, duck or chicken, and tastes amazing with nuts like walnuts and cheese boards.
