"Everything but the Kitchen Sink"is a blend from only the fruit on our farm and aged at least one year post fermentation. Each year it tastes completely different and is done in small batches - less than 300 gallons per harvest. Inside are juices from apple varities like Golden Russet, Newtown Pippen, Northern Spy, Cox's Orange Pippen, Ribston Pippen, Harry Masters Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Red Ruben, Esopsus Sptizenberg, Ashmeads Kernel, Kingston Black, Winesap, Gravenstein, Harrison, Stayman McIntosh, Tolman Sweet, and Crabapples.
