Mother is the combination of yeast and bacteria formed during fermentation and is actually the healthiest part! Shake it up and take a closer look - you will actually see the motherly strands floating around. Mother consists of dozens of strains of good bacteria, also known as probiotics.

Fantastic!

We love Little Long Ears apple cider vinegar! We subscribe so we received 3 bottles of vinegars every couple months. Can't really say which is our favorite, the fire, the beer malt or the apple… They are all so good-definitely can taste the small batch way they are made. We share our love for these vinegars and give them away to friends instead of bringing a bottle of wine when invited over for a night out. Everyone else raves about them as well! The bottles are an added bonus, so fantastic!

Delicious and Local to NoMi!

This ACV is really, really tasty (as far as ACV can be tasty!!). It’s a very versatile staple in the kitchen and in our nutritional regiment. It doesn’t have the cheek puckering power that big box brands have - the flavor is enjoyable.

The apples used for this ACV come from a farm that really cares about their end to end product. They care greatly for the quality of the land, products used to help the fruit grow and the production process overall.

Highly recommend this product, this farm and its farmers!

Very Mature ACV

You can taste the sharp apples versus just the acid in store bought brands. A nice little oaky flavor to it as well
